BAKED-BROILED FISH

ONE OF MY FAVORITES!!!

Take regular size fillet or a few fillets put in a baking pan with melted butter over top , lightly season with one of your favorites(Tony Chacheres) take some regular Ritz crackers and crush them up fine and sprinkle them thick on top, add a little more butter to them. Bake at 350 for 15 min depending on how thick the fillets are, then put on high Broil for a few minutes to toast the ritz crackers, TALK ABOUT GOOD!!

This works great with , snapper, triggerfish, grouper, scamp, any white meat fish.

A great dish along with this is asparagas prepare fresh asparagas roll in olive oil light coat put in baking pan lightly season with tony's add a little lemon juice bake 350 for 10 min maybe longer then broil for a few more, what a good meal this is!!!
